Managing Deputy Comptroller, Department of Finance

Carol Hamburger serves as the Managing Deputy Comptroller in the Department of Finance for the City of Chicago and is a Mayoral-appointed trustee to the Laborers' and Retirement Board Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund of Chicago. As Deputy Budget Director Managing Deputy Comptroller, Carol oversees the Payroll, Accounts Payable, Risk Management and Benefits Divisions of the Department, advises on related policy and management issues, and is a member of the City's labor team. Previously, Carol worked at the Chicago Park District.

LaSalle Wacker Building Directions:
The Fund is located on the corner of LaSalle Street and Wacker Drive in the LaSalle Wacker Building. There are several nearby parking garages; the closest is located ½ Block North in the 203 LaSalle building. Public Transportation is also a viable option as we are near several CTA bus lines, the Clark & Lake “L” stop. The office is also located within a mile of the Metra Station.
